STRONG COLLECTIVE.

Strong Collective is a 55-minute small-group strength programme designed for busy professionals.

Each session follows a simple flow - mobility to prepare, compound lifts to build strength, VO₂ conditioning to push fitness and recovery to reset. Unlike large group classes, you train with the same coach and the same group each week, giving you structure, accountability and real progression
